Garmin released firmware version 5.01 for the inReach MINI 2 on April 15, 2026.
Change log (this includes the changes in version 5.00 that wasn't released too long ago):
- Added support for displaying SOS threads by device
- Added Messenger account phone number to about page
- Added sender device to message details
- Fixed issue with deleting SOS threads
Garmin releases updates in stages, so it may take some time before it becomes available to everyone.
