Garmin have published inReach Messenger Plus Firmware Update 11.03 as of 26MAY26:

Changes made from version 9.02 to 11.03:

• Fixed potential extra SOS countdown when powering on with the SOS button
• Improved Plan Details page

This update is being released in stages and should be available to everyone soon.
