Virb Elite lens

Hi, I bought a virb elite with a propeller lens.
I have read that the propeller lens degrades the video for normal use (eg cycling or running).
So does anyone agree about the degradation and is a clear/plain lens available

Once upon a long time ago, parts for these cameras were pretty easy to come by. Not so much any more. Let us know if you find a good supplier!

A few available in the US Canada and Britain. Bit far for me in New Zealand. I'll hope for one to pop up in Australia.
Oh and available on AliExpress for US$210 :lol:
