Device is permanently rebooting [Crash 6]

I have the same issue with my H1, fw vers. 7.07 (no SD-Card in use)
After the update the device was starting and working "normal" multiple times.

Then I loaded custom geocaching icons into the Folder "Custom Symbols". The same icons I could use > 10 years with different Oregon GPSMAP and Montana devices.

After loading and disconnecting the device keeps rebooting. I can not do
- Switch off (keeping the Power Button pressen)
- Master Reset
- Hard Reset
- Force USB Mode
- Forced Mass Storage Mode
If I do such trials, sometime the device holds with displaying the Garmin logo, but nothing helps

I tried als this multiple times. Device is doing reboots for hours - I think I have to wai for hours.
Any idea?

Contact Garmin directly, if they can't get it sorted they will have to replace it.

Yikes, I was going to load my set tonight but I think I will hold off Let us know if you get this to work?

My device stopped rebooting...
... when the battery was empty

Garmin immediate offered me without any further question or hint a replacement.
