How do I clear the Recent Finds list?

Not possible with current firmware version, unfortunately. You could share your feature request with Garmin

Note that there is actually a way to do it if you REALLY want to get rid of your Recent Finds, but it's drastic. That would be to reset the unit to it's factory default settings. I know, not the best solution but like I said, if you really want them gone, this will do it.
Unless you have a full backup of all .fit files on the unit and you feel like redoing many of the unit's settings, I wouldn't do it.
Settings > System > Reset > Reset All Settings
