GLONASS Reception Failure [Bug 13]

Garmin says they cannot reproduce.

Please, if you have an eTrex Touch 25/35, please test to see if you can get GLONASS reception, then post your results here, and let us know the model and firmware version and maybe the continent you are located.

A few days back I didn't experience any problems with an Oregon 700, it received data from several GLONASS satellites. Today I tested it with an eTrex 25 Touch. It shows the same as your screenshot, GLONASS satellite numbers and empty bars... Firmware version 4.50.

No Glonass in New Zealand this afternoon. Or for a while I think.

FYI, users are reporting the same behavior from their GPSMAP 64 series devices.

Both the GPSMAP 64 series (non 'x') and the eTrex Touch 25/35 series use the exact same GNSS chipset (MediaTek MT3332N).

The Oregon 6x0, 7x0, Rino 75x and Montana 610/680 also use this GNSS chipset. Anyone having any GLONASS reception issues with those yet?
