I have only my Montana 750i registered on explore.garmin.com. Newest firmware is installed, but explore.garmin.com still says: "There is a software update available for your inReach. For best results, install the update before using your inReach again."
Any ideas? Just a wrong info?

Curious where on your Explore.garmin.com page does it say that? I’m looking at my page and don’t see anything. I have the 700i on my account.

I suspect an inReach database error. I was notified they were having inReach sign-in issues this morning, and when I do sign in, it shows my account deactivated, which is not correct.

It seems, that this message is highly missleading. This message will always be shown, if I change something in Explore, for example add a waypoint. After a sync with Garmin Explore in iOS, it's gone.

ConiKost, do you have any Connect IQ apps or widgets installed?
I think this message appears any time anything on the GPSr is out of sync or has an updates, including connect IQ apps, or even language files, etc.
I say this becuase I have noticed several times recently even Garmin Express states new software is available for my GPSr, only to find out it was an update for a connect IQ app or a language files or similar....
