Download of Geocacaching-Pocket-Queries does not work

Under Settings --> Geocaching --> Live Geocaching --> Geocache Lists
it's possible to download "pocket queries" (lists) from your Geocaching-Account.

Different users contacted me, they notice that even you start a download it is not finished.
Tried over Bluetooth/mobile and WLAN. The device indicates that the download has started in the background, but the status stands on (example) "...Details 0%" or another value even after long times (hours)"

Confirmend with follwing devices:
- Montana 750, FW 10.80
- GPS Map 66st, FW 9.6

I have ticket opened for month know, but got no further feedback of Garmin. Can other confirm that this functionality work or does also not work?

Mixed results here. Have had some smaller PQ's load OK, but many users still indicate they can not get their PQ's and Lists to load successfully.
