Can be a problem if you first transfer geocache list from garmin express with usb cable.
And then the same list from geocaching app in garmin device.

All GCLive capable Garmin GPSr will ignore any GCLive download data that conflicts with geocache data loaded manually via either GPX or GGZ files.

Data for the same geocache can not exist twice in the devices internal database.
