So you don't have a position.gpx on the 67?

Yes.
All Garmin handheld GPSr have a ".Position.gpx" file in the Garmin directory. This file is hidden by default on most devices, so you will need to enable hidden files to be displayed on your host machine before you will see it.JungleJim wrote: Tue Jul 11, 2023 7:45 pmThe file is actually calledRickN55 wrote: Tue Jul 11, 2023 7:37 pm Does your 67 actually have a "Position.gpx" file in the main garmin folder? My 67 doesn't.so it may not be visible for you because Windows by default hides files starting with a dot.Code: Select all
.Position.gpx
I have hidden files set to show but still doesn't show any position.gpx file on the 67GPSrChive wrote: Thu Jul 13, 2023 11:43 am As previously stated:

May I ask why you want to see this file? It is of little or no use for us.RickN55 wrote: Thu Jul 13, 2023 4:43 pm I have hidden files set to show but still doesn't show any position.gpx file on the 67
Because my 65 has it and just wondered if it affects accuracy in anyway not being there? As my 67 doesn't go to 6 feet accuracy as quick as my 65 does when in both in the same place.
No, Windows only.GPSrChive wrote: Fri Jul 14, 2023 2:08 am Do you use a Mac, our has a Mac ever been connected to your device?
Hi, I plugged my 67 into my Samsung Chromebook and it shows the position file. My windows wouldn't show it even though I have the "hidden items" check box ticked to show hidden items. The windows shows it on my 65s. I can't plug the 65 into the chromebook as the chromebook doesn't pick it up like the 67. So it is there pheww.GPSrChive wrote: Fri Jul 14, 2023 3:01 pm Please share a screen capture of the contents of your GPSMAP 67 Garmin folder, as others have also shared.
