Map on microSD card no longer appears [Bug 150]

I have encountered this problem since I updated Firmware 22.70 and updated the TopoActve Europe, West and Central and East maps and this for all three in version 2024.20.
You ask me to deactivate all Topo maps, which I do and to activate the Topo France Pro Nord Ouest map, how to do it since it is not in the map manager list.
When all my maps are deactivated I have a map displayed which seems very detailed to me, if I activate TopoActive Europe West 2024.20 the map is much less detailed, if I activate TopoActive Europe Central 2024.20 or TopoActive Europe East The maps are as detailed as when they are deactivated.
Summary of all this if the card is on the micro SD why we don't see it in the list of card managers maybe a problem with the location of the micro SD??? , I want to download a free map, put it on a micro SD and in the GPS to see if it appears in the map manager, when do you think. thanks in advance

Can you please share screen captures of all maps listed in the map manager?

Also, screen captures from the map page showing all map layers disabled and detailed map still displayed.

I suggest copying the map file (gmapsupp.img) to another card.
When you start the device, a message should appear on the screen that there is an unauthorized map in the receiver.

This way we will get information whether the map file is being read by the device but is not being displayed,
or whether the device is completely ignoring the map file.

@Przekatny, I just copied the file as you recommended, I don't have a message that appears telling me that an unauthorized map is in the GPS, in the map manager I don't see this new micro sd with the file.
On the other hand, with the Garmin micro SD in the device and my three unchosen active maps I see a very detailed map while with this new micro SD and this file I see a map but not at all detailed

According to my knowledge, the message should appear when trying to use map without a license (authorization).

Maybe you didn't put the map file in the directory named Garmin.

Sorry, I didn't write where on the card the map file should be.

@Przekatny, you are right, I had not created a Garmin folder, I started again and when I put the map in the GPS it shows me "Unable to unlock the map gmapsupp.img"

I see two solutions:

1 : (update back) the firmware (revert to version 20.50), if the map was displayed with that firmware.

2 : contact Garmin to resolve the map display issue.
