Hi Mike,
You always can check the firmware page for the GPSmap H1 on this website and follow the instructions.
I always had good results whenever I needed a firmware file for one of my older GPS units.
The GPSrchive website was many times my GPS 'lifesaver' when it comes to firmware files and units not working as expected

In the change log it lists 'Improved charging page behavior' - where is the charging page?

With the device powered on and charging, press and hold the power button.

Thanks for your reply, however I don't see anyting about charging other than a charging indicator in the battery symbol. same as on the main screen. Am I missing something?
