Change location arrow possible?

Hello,
is it possible to patch the arrow which shows the current location to the smaller arrow of the old Garmin units like eTrex Vista HCx or GPSMAP 60?
Probably by patching some internal files by replacing the arrow icon?
The big arrow hides too much detail. For example while cycling it makes problems determining the correct junction if the zoom level is at a useful rate and junctions are near to each other.

Plus question: Is it possible to get the accuracy circle around the current location on the map? This is very useful to detect if Openstreetmap data need to be updated in case the position is off the way.

Unfortunately, the GPSMAP 65 series, much like its predecessors (GPSMAP 64 and GPSMAP 62 series), does not support these features.

If anyone knows a trick, hopefully they will post it here!

I'd like to have this possibility too. The arrow hide too much on the map, and it is too big. I wish someone knows a trick....
