See those screenshots in previous. Even, when I am on the magenta/purple line and driving into the correct direction, Montana does not show any turn-by-turn and only says "Continue to <Street>".

This state, I have normally, when I do leave the mangenta/purple line and have recalculation disabled.

I called today Garmin and showed them my problem regarding the routing problems and Garmin immediately said, the device must be faulty and will be replaced by a new one. Already got a RMA number and shipping label.

According to this naviboard post, the bug with the message about 50 waypoints limit is supposed to be fixed an upcoming firmware update.

Apparently, this will take much longer. While Garmin already received my device, they told me now, they don't have any spare left currently and are awaiting new ones. New stock is supposed to be available by end of september.

I have Garmin Montana 700i. After last update to version 9.2, there is a serious error with calculating route. When I set the route from point A (my location) to point B, without any via points and I receive the message: "only 50 points can be used by follow the road ..."".
This is a random error. They will also appear when we have a calculated route from point A (my location) to B and I change the activity, e.g. from motorcycle to bicycle.
I know that other users have this problem too.
I'm using only internal maps delivered by Garmin for device (CNE+Topo). Maps are set as automatic.

Bug 77 is still present in firmware 10.50

We are unable to reproduce with 10.50 installed on our Montana 750i.

How precisely are you reproducing this behavior?

Profile is set to 'Drive'
1) Where To?
2) Waypoints
3) I choosed one of my Waypoints
4) Navigation starts in demo mode
5) Where To?
6) Add Via Point
7) Waypoints
8) Choosed a different waypoint
9) Hit Go
-> Error message about 50 waypoints is being shown.


..and yes, I did perform after 10.50 a master reset, as you recommded that

Ah, you are in 'Demo Mode' for Satellites?

I still can not reproduce....
