GPSMAP 276Cx Firmware 5.90

Garmin have published Firmware Update 5.90 for the GPSMAP 276Cx.
Released: September 24, 2021.
Changes made from version 5.80 to 5.90:
Use Garmin Express or WebUpdater for automated firmware installation.
Download
GPSMAP 276Cx Firmware 5.90 for manual installation.
Please report your observations here after installing and testing!

Hmmmm, that date is a full week BEFORE the previous version, 5.80, was published.
Something is not right here....

Sorry for the dig, I am investigating on the 276cx and found this, url doesn't work anymore, did garmin take it out also from express?

As best we can determine, there was no 5.90 update, and this was a glitch.
The
5.80 update is still available on the Garmin server, indicating it is the most recent.

Interesting, I wondered about that.
I have all the others backed up but was unable to get 5.90 to save, I guess that's why.

Interesting that your device reports Audio Package 2.20, while some earlier firmware reported 2.30.

Version 5.90 is not a glitch. It's still offered for 276CX via Express. The old links are just all dead. I am not aware of a replacement, only download via Express. I do also have the GCD, if anyone want's it.
Btw, the 276CX is EOL.

It's just that you can't download newer update files from the Garmin webserver anymore.

Just a quick note: The shown changelog is from Firmware 5.80. Changelog for 5.90 is unknown.
