Add Satellite Imagery: Missing selection for detail

With the "older" function "BirdsEye Direct", it was possible to select a detail level of download. This seems now completly missing, as you can't choose that anymore. Firmware 14.80.

We have been advised that with Outdoor Maps+, only the highest detail imagery will be loaded, and this menu is no longer necessary.
