Geocache Download via 'GC Live > GC Code' Fails to Complete [Bug 76]

Every time I try to download the geocache the following link I get a data request error. Can someone else try to see if they get that too?

I assume you mean on the GPSR?

That link can not be used on a GPSr.
Please explain in more detail what you are doing, what device, what firmware is loaded.

Sorry I should have explained further. I used the GC code from that link to try to download a cache manually. That is where I got the data transfer error on the GPSR.

I assume since you are posting this here you are using a GPSMAP 66sr?
Which firmware version is loaded?
GCLive registration is complete?
Using Bluetooth or Wi-Fi?

Duplicated using both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi with GPSMAP 66sr running firmware 5.70. Posted to
GPSrChive > GPSMAP 66sr > Common Issues as Bug 76.

We got it figured out!! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We were just trying to gather as much information as possible so we could duplicate it quicker before sending error reports to Garmin.

If yes, please share a short video clip of it happening (for Garmin).
