Problem SAV....
I sent an email about two bugs to the address
but with us it's the France after-sales service that answers and this after-sales service has never understood anything, all those who have dealt with them have had bad feedback, they know less than all of us here, most of the time they ask to send the GPS back for exchange, which is useless if they are bugs, which will be on the new GPS.
GPSMAP66sr, GPSMAP67, GPSII+, Twonav Cross.

In the Netherlands it’s the same, local support is not really knowledgeable.
What I do instead is go to the US Garmin support site and open a chat with support. Usually the support employee is quite helpful. They can open a support case and will send you an email with a request for extra information.
For the rest it’s quite a black box though. I have reported several issues that have been escalated to the engineering team but unfortunately no feedback whatsoever on any acknowledgment or progress.
