Garmin GPSMAP 67 and Air Travel
Has anyone had experience carrying a GPSMAP 66 or 67 on board a commercial flight? Any issue with TSA screening?

Carried my GPSMAP 66sr on a flight from Amsterdam to Vancouver (and back again) last year, no problems whatsoever!

I have carried many of my GPSr on commercial flights over the years without any trouble - You will want a window seat if you plan on using it while in flight, however. The aircraft fuselage is a very efficient shield.

I did it a long time ago when GPS were banned in our planes, with an eMap (not very sensitive) and a Gpsmap60CSX next to the window. I followed on a basic map the overflight of the cities.
GPSMAP66sr, GPSMAP67, GPSII+, Twonav Cross.
