More testing today just for fun, both devices configured to record a new track point once every 5 seconds, both with Multi-GNSS and Multi-Band enabled. Both units were held in front of me, side by side, at about a 45° face up angle for the duration of the test.

The 66sr tracklog here is much more representative of the actual path taken, not sure why the 67 shows so much weaving...

Can you compare somehow where the way points were set by the 66sr and 67?

These tracks were made on a wide dirt and gravel trail. It will not be possible to differentiate which is more correct than the other. For waypoint accuracy, I will have to test them both at a known location, such as a Benchmark.

It is not about comparing the accuracy of the sets waypoints, it is about the shape. The track is just an interpolation through the waypoints and it seems to me, that the 67 has an interpolation error.

Not sure if this is relevant to your testing or not, but I noticed a while ago if I hold or mount two of my Garmin devices too close together they appear to have some sort of issue with each other that's not present once they're separated again.
I noticed this when testing a 276CX beside a Montana 610.

When stationary, sometimes the map display on the 610 was rotating around as if moving and direction had changed, not always but enough to notice it often.
The 276 did it too but nowhere near as much, only once or twice I noticed it.
Any Garmin device I have used never does that and always remains still with the map in the same position until movement is detected again.
Moving them apart to about half a metre or more seemed to stop it from happening.
I thought at the time perhaps there was some issue with them not receiving satellite data correctly because of proximity to each other.

Recording on them both with the same recording interval etc. settings, the tracks were at times very different.
I ended up doing the test over the same track with only one device turned on at a time and after that the compared tracks were much closer to each other in comparison.

More GPSMAP 67 vs GPSMAP 66sr testing today on the same one mile loop.

This time both units were hanging from my belt using Garmin belt clips, so they were tucked in close to my body which blocked nearly 180° view of the sky for each unit. Since this is a loop that starts and ends at the same location, both units had equal time in relation to blocked sky.

66sr is going just as well as before, and 67 is still chaotic.
Will you report your observations to Garmin?
We can discuss and argue here, but it is important that Garmin refines the receiver for all conditions.

More GPSMAP 67 vs GPSMAP 66sr testing today (with some additional special guests), this time through a valley and up a hillside.

Both the GPSMAP 67 and GPSMAP 66sr were again hanging from my belt using Garmin belt clips. The eTrex SE was in a front pocket, and the Forerunner 945 obviously strapped to my wrist. The sky was totally clear for the duration of this test.

Which device do you think most accurately traced the actual path?

I can't see the path very well, but it seems that it is the 67 which is the most faithful to the path.
