I am not able to access the hidden error logs on my Montana 700i firmware 16.70 using the following steps:

Error Logs:
Open Trip Computer page.
Press and hold the lower right corner of the screen (over the Menu Bar) > 5 seconds
A diagnostic screen will appear displaying a list of recently logged exceptions.

Any tips on what I may be doing wrong? All I get is the normal menu for the trip computer page.

Try placing your finger tip on the lower edge of the Menu icon.

Orientation must be in Portrait for that to work, tap the bottom left of the screen to get back out of it
