I currently use two useful Connect IQ Widgets on my GPSMAP 67. The first the Battery Widget by dsapptech. It gives a precise battery charge level and estimated duration. The second is the Magnetic Declination Widget by simonletts. I use a baseplate compass with adjustable magnetic declination when navigating off-trail. The Magnetic Declination widget allows me to set a precise value on my compass. You can install these widgets using Garmin Express and Connect IQ. I am currently evaluating a third widget called GPS Position (by magmiles) which is intended to display a precise position value in degrees, minutes and seconds.

Two of those are currently listed on the GPSrChive > How To... > Connect IQ page!

I tried the battery app the other day, I downloaded it on the IQ app on my phone to my 67, but it doesn't show anywhere on my 67? Not even the IQ folder?

The battery app is a widget and widgets can be accessed by pressing the power button and then using Left or Right key to display installed widget pages.

I can't find anything in those links that answers my question to why the app isn't showing on my 67..

Did you try the instructions I posted? Press power button to go to the Status screen. Press Left or Right key to switch between widgets. That’s how I get the battery widget to show…

The information is there, and not hidden.

The Battery Widget is not an app, fyi.

How do you get the what3words app to work? On the iq app it says and shows a pic of a 66/67 with it working?

What does the 0.300% mean in the top.left corner of the battery screen?
