editing a waypoint from the map takes a very long time [Bug 23]

I have just updated to v 5.90 and there is no difference in time delay after first press to edit
It is still 15secs. After that it responds instantly
You just get that horrible feeling that it has frozen

Just tried this since updating to 5.90, the first few waypoints I tried it worked instantly and then it started doing taking ages to load once you pressed edit so nope the update hasn't changed anything in regards to this for my device.

Bug 23 may be somewhat fixed in version 6.60? First time editing a waypoint (as in after turning on device) takes a long time. Subsequent editing of waypoints (not just the same one, others as well) is quick.

Bug 24 I was not able to reproduce on 6.60 but I didn't try this at earlier versions.

Still very slow to respond for us, each time we select 'Edit' from the Map page.

Mine still does this too and my friends as well. I configured them identically. Software 6.60.
I you do the key sequence fast you will notice it, do the key sequence slowly and you won’t see it. By slow I mean press one key per second, fast would be 2-3 keys per second.
