Is it at all possible to change the data fields in Map Setup?

Would like to be able to change it, like Trip Computer page allows you to do.

Yes, the Map Page datafields can be configured as desired.

Exactly want I wanted. Would have needed years to find that out on my own. And thanks to the Wikis for a great read. Something I'll get into.
