Reload the firmware?

Good morning to all,
I have a 66sr with a strange problem , after a hard reset no longer connects to the computer ( you see the usb icon but the PC does not connect it and does not see any usb device connected even an unknown) The only way to connect it in USB is with the power up and the up key but once connected I don’t see any files in the memory. I tried to load the firmware via RGN but when it tells me to select the COM or USB drive with the com does not work and in the USB pane does not see any drives . The 66sr turns on , if I enter the sd also sees the additional maps, the wifi works , you can not connect it to Connect or Explorer via BT , if I put a file gupdate.gcd in the directory Garmin on power nothing happens . Any help? Thank you !!!!

I re-did the RGN procedure more carefully and this time I was able to load the new firmware. The problems remain:
- if I connect the 66 to the pc the pc does not see it , same cable and same pc with another 66 works
- when I connect the cable it goes straight into USB logo but there is no connection
- the association with Garmin Connect does not go to the end
- 66 connects to the wifi network but I don’t know if I can use it to solve my problem
- if I force mass storage the memory is empty
- 66 lights up regularly and loads the base maps,

What can I do? Send it to Garmin Support?
Thanks for the help
