Enabled Map Layers Not Retained [Bug 37]

Could anyone with an Outdoor Maps+ subscription verify the following?
The enabled map layers are not persisted across a power off and power on of my GPSMAP (firmware version 8.80). So for example I have Buildings layer and TopoActive layer enabled. I power off the device, and then power it back on again. Only the TopoActive layer is enabled, the Building layer is disabled.
Not sure if this was introduced with 8.80 or that previous firmware versions had this as well. It would make sense to have the same layers enabled as before powering off, so to me it looks like a bug.
