Garmin not resolving all 67/67i issues?
Twice now I have received an email back from Garmin regarding a couple of problems I recently reported to them. The page sequence issue, where multiple pages show up as you scroll them. ( non ribbon menu) and certain POIs that can’t be turned off on the map screen . Both times I received separate emails back stating “ we do not have the time or manpower to resolve these issues….thank you for choosing Garmin”. Well now I know Garmin not to ever buy any of your products again as most likely they’re never going to work 100% properly!!

Re: Garmin not resolving all 67/67i issues?
Well they're definitely still fixing issues because Garmin is still releasing firmware updates for the GPSMAP 67 series. They also solved a couple of issues I reported recently. It's just they don't fix all issues that get reported...
I assume the team working on the GPSMAP 67 series is indeed quite small seeing how long it takes for issues to get fixed. And I also think the market for these devices is quite small compared to smartwatches and cycling computers. So from an economic and business point of view I can kind of understand this even though I don't like it either.
