“Where to” menu items missing

I’ve been rearranging the item order in the “where to” menu. It doesn’t seem
possible to drag and drop so I used the change item order facility. The trouble is, now some of the menu items are missing on the “where to” screen.
What’s happened to lose them?
See pictures. For example, “tracks” and “routes” are missing. This is the same whether arranged as a grid or a list. I can see them in the move item menu but they are not visible on the “where to” screen.
