Track color

Is it possible to add a different track color than the one offered in the menu?

No. It's not possible to add new colors, only those chosen from the menu.

On a related note, to change the current route color from light blue to black (or another color): Recorded Activities (From main screen), press green (or orange?) arrow in Current Activity, "i" tab at top, change color to black and make sure "Show on Map" is on.
