Problems After 23.30 Update

Please help. After updating Montana: it won't turn on after power is supplied, only by rebooting, Garmin Express and Base Camp are not recognized, it doesn't turn off completely, the power-off icon remains on the screen, the battery is completely discharged overnight when turned off, it freezes when working, etc. What should I do?
