Small datafields - request

I'm unhappy that the 4 small data fields cover 1/3 of the display in the map app.
It would be helpfull, if there would be an option with just 2 small data fields.
On the home screen this is already possible.

I have not found anyway to show data fields within the map app, could you please tell me how to do so.

Go to the activity settings (ex. "Hike settings" ) -> Map Dashboard

Never stop dreaming....
But hey, sometimes I ask my self if the product manager also uses his products him/herself to go hiking?
Today on my day hike in the mountains I wanted to have an overview on the map and had to deactivate the dashboard to se everything I wanted. Can't believe that I'm the only one who is asking for this.
By the way: show/hide dashboard using the action button would be a cool feature.

On a touchscreen, hiding data fields can be solved in other ways than using buttons.
On touchscreen devices, there's a feature called "Curtain"—touching the screen (dot) hides the data fields.
In the case of H1, two solutions can be used simultaneously.
