Outdoor+ Maps can not be created

With the new firmware (4.08), I'm having the problem that I can no longer install outdoor+ maps.
Due to an ongoing error message at Garmin, I would be interested to know if I am the only one with this problem or if others are experiencing it as well.

Procedure:

- Map Manager
- New Map
- Message "Requesting map update data" is displayed for a few minutes
- Nothing happens and it returns to the outdoor+ main menu"

A new map can not be created.
