EPO update tool

As the previous Get EPO tool no longer works and all other tools based on this research don't work either, I have created new tools for use on Garmin devices.

One for Windows and one for Linux/Unix OSes. Both are free and open-source, both can be redistributed and easily modified with any Notepad application (if necessary).

They can be put on Garmin GPSr and launched from it when it is connected to the PC in Mass Storage mode. They automatically find and update EPO.BIN in proper path (ie. Garmin\GPS).

Tested on Oregon 700 and GPSMAP 64sx.
