Date format can't be changed
Is there any way to change the date format? I live in Europe and I'm sure that today is not 1/29/2026 because year 2026 does not have 29 months

Re: Date format can't be changed
I think that everyone will quickly notice that it is January 29th, 2026.
Yes, in Europe we usually use dd/mm/yyyy, but such devices are international by design.

I agree. It's international device. But who besides America uses mm/dd/yyyy date format?

If you really want to go international use yyyy-mm-dd, according to ISO 8601.

That's how I have been doing my dates for a very long time. Didn't know there was an ISO standard for it!javawa wrote: Thu Jan 29, 2026 11:13 pm If you really want to go international use yyyy-mm-dd, according to ISO 8601.

Another advantage of yyyy-mm-dd is in naming files.
Name your files yyyy-mm-dd-filename.txt and you quickly see when files were created when browsing through a directory as the name doesn't get updated when the file is saved.
