Unable to insert via point in active route

For a route downloaded from basecamp, as well as the route calculation problem, there’s an error trying to insert a waypoint.

With the route active:
>where to
>via point
Select either a point on the map or for example a petrol station;
Route calculation error

The only way to navigate to a new waypoint is to stop the route, >where to>waypoint

Then having got there, wait 10 minutes while it recalculates your downloaded route
