Heart Rate Monitor

Overview

HRM-Dual
This premium heart rate strap transmits real-time heart rate data over ANT+ connectivity and Bluetooth Low Energy technology, giving you more options to train indoors, outdoors or even online. HRM-Dual features a soft strap that is comfortable and adjustable. Simply remove the heart rate module, and it’s washable, too.
HRM-Fit
Purpose-built for women, HRM-Fit is the heart rate monitor you need to capture the important metrics - all with a comfortable clip-on design. The clip-on design easily and comfortably attaches to medium- and high-support sports bras. So move freely and sweat it out - HRM-Fit is with you all the way.
HRM-Pro Plus
No, it’s not just a heart rate monitor. Running dynamics also help you improve your form. Whether you’re training indoors or out, the HRM-Pro Plus heart rate strap provides the accurate data you need to push limits and reach goals. HRM-Pro Plus transmits real-time heart rate data to compatible devices, equipment and apps. Connect to your compatible Garmin smartwatch, and get pace and distance data for your indoor runs. Not wearing your watch? HRM-Pro Plus captures steps, calories burned, intensity minutes and more. And a tool-free door makes changing the battery easier than ever.
HRM-Pro
In addition to heart rate, HRM-Pro captures running dynamics that can help you improve your form. That includes metrics such as vertical oscillation, ground contact time, stride length, vertical ratio and more. The device stores heart rate data during swimming or other activities while your watch is out of range, then sends that data to your watch once the activity is finished. It will also store steps, calories and intensity minutes, then sync them to your watch as well.
HRM-Run
HRM-Run provides 6 running dynamics metrics: Cadence, Vertical Oscillation, Ground Contact Time, Ground Contact Time Balance, Stride Strength, and Vertical Ratio. This real-time data can help athletes take their performance to the next level by showing them where they can improve their running form.
HRM-Tri
Heart Rate Data in 3 Disciplines: Specifically designed for triathletes, Garmin's smallest and lightest heart rate monitor stores heart rate data when underwater, then forwards it to your compatible Garmin device at the end of your swim. When running, the HRM-Tri allows your paired device to report 6 running dynamics metrics: Cadence, Vertical Oscillation, Ground Contact Time, Ground Contact Time Balance, Stride Strength, and Vertical Ratio.
HRM-Swim
Specifically designed for swimmers, the HRM-Swim stores heart rate information while in the water. Once you’re resting out of the water, real-time heart rate, interval summaries and stored heart rate are transmitted to your compatible Garmin device.
