Hi All,
I was tasting GPSMap 67i for a while and finally some error appeared. I was trying to download some BirdsEye fotos of Scotland and I found some problem. There was no downloading progress. Then during reboot of device "wrong satellite file" appeared.
Right now I am not able to download even BirdsEye for a regions which I was able to download before. I am still receiving information "Impossible to connect Outdoor Maps+ server" or keep heaving no progress of download issue...
I did already two times hard reset, remove device from Garmin Explore and Connect servers but the error is still appearing. I was trying also to remove BirdsEye folder both on SD card and in main device memory... No solution.
Really so many issues with Garmin devices... Even such simple think as downloading BE pictures? Does any one of you know the solution?
Regards,
Filip

Firmware Version?
How as Wi-Fi configured on the 67i? Did you use Garmin Express to set up Wi-Fi?

Hi.
The last two days i also had issues with birdseye to the device, i have a 66st. it either reports that it cannot connect to birds eye servers or just crashes when the download should have started, i think it is an issue on server side, not the device.

Had a chance to test this today, 01MAY23, and did not experience any issues with access to satellite imagery. Our GPSMAP 67 does have an Outdoor Maps+ subscription, so we can not test without the subscription. If those without the Outdoor Maps+ subscription are still experiencing satellite imagery download issues, please report them here!
We also just tested a GPSMAP 66sr with BirdsEye Direct, and experienced no issues.

Also did a test downloading satellite imagery without an Outdoor Maps+ subscription today (May 1st 2023), no issues in downloading. This was on a GPSMAP 67. Not really helpful for the topic starter I guess, but still

Re: BirdsEye not working...
I have indeed some struggle to download it, if it is a big file. The wifi download crash several times and my wifi turns off automatically. Especially the last % I have to restart the wifi several times until it downloads successfully. Don't know if it has something to do with FBO's problem.
