Map on microSD card no longer appears [Bug 150]

I have a Montana 700 V22.70. I have a preloaded MicroSD card topo of Qc. I also don't see it in the list in the map manager.
But I can see her creating it under; Map Sets +Create Map Set, X Enter Name (e.g. Topo V6), Select maps to add to the map set (You will see your Topo V6, make the selection) and save.
Go open a map and at the bottom of + - make the layer selection... You will be able to enable or disable your V6 topo.

@Masti, I just read you on another forum, Sorcière Monique, I thank you for your help, so it is well intended by Garmin since version 22.70 because with version 20.50 this map was visible in the map manager , if in your opinion this is not a bug we can say that my little problems and this discussion is closed

Hello, I have doubts, the answers from the Garmin technicians do not reassure me, one tells me that it is not normal and another tells me that it is normal??, this is what I have just been told say on another forum:
"If this was wanted by Garmin on the Montanas 700, it would just concern the Topo V6 maps or other in preloaded microSD version and what would be the point of that?
The problem comes from your GPS and/or your microSD.", and in the description of version 22.70 this is not mentioned in the changes

I did the test with my 67i with the same microSD and the topo map appears in the map manager list. I believe there is a bug with the latest version of Montana 700.
Another test with my Montana, I renamed gmapsupp.img in the microsd to Topo v6.img and the bug disappeared. I now see the the topo v6 in the list.

G'Day, My Montana 700i updated to 22.70 a few Days ago, I can't see my map on my SD card now.
Its the TopoAU V6 map, purchased from Garmin. It's not showing in the map manager.
I will try downgrading the firmware now to see if that fixes the problem.

I suspect the map is visible if you want to add it to a custom map set?

Maps back after downgrade to 20.50 firmware. Now to stop it updating. I wonder if Garmin are ever going to actually ix the montana 7xx?

Please use the JaVaWa IMGInfo software (link in GPSrChive > How To... > Software) to find the Map ID for the gmapsupp.img map file, and share that info here, similar to how Staysee shared in this post.
