eTrex Solar - Weather Not Updating

Hello! Since purchasing the eTrex Solar device last December, I have constantly had problems with updating the weather. I’ve tried everything, including reinstalling the Garmin Connect and Explore apps, updating the device, re-pairing via Bluetooth, performing a hard reset on the device, and even contacting support. Nothing works! I have an iPhone 15 Pro with the latest software and the eTrex Solar running version 4.21. Could this be an issue with a faulty device unit? I still get „weather updating”, and nothing happen…

Do you have any friends with a different phone brand and model that you can 'test' with?

Just tested ours again with 4 and 5 year old Samsung phones (OMG!) and have zero issues getting weather data.

Your issue is almost certainly related to the phone you are using.

It’s been over a year since my post. The weather updates are finally working, but the issue on page 3 still hasn’t been fixed. It’s unbelievable that after more than a year, the problem still exists.

Still unable to duplicate any weather page issues on our eTrex SE or eTrex Solar.

Please test with a different phone.
