Unable to Rename Saved Activities

Please advise how can I rename the saved activities on H1?

Looks like it's not possible to rename saved activities using the current firmware (9.06 at time of writing).
Current: GPSMAP H1, inReach Mini 2 - Previous: GPSMAP 67, inReach Messenger, GPSMAP 66sr, Oregon 700, Dakota 20, Edge 1040, Edge 1030 Plus, Edge 1030, Edge 520 Plus, Edge 520

As I recall from past experience with the eTrex Touch 2, and as JungleJim reports. you cannot do so directly on the unit. I believe you can rename the saved activity if you:
1. Sync the activity to your mobile device (iPhone/iPad/whatever) running the Garmin Explore app
2. Rename it in Garmin Explore
3. Sync it back to the GPS

Someone correct me if I'm wrong here.

Garmin support answer:
I was able to replicate your issue on an H1 and an H1i+ and on both I was unable to change the name of a saved activity. I have added you to the open case we have on the matter.

I checked several previous models and they also do not allow renaming saved activities. I suspect there is or was a good reason for this.
