Montana future?

Unread post by truckinguy »

Any speculation on any changes coming in the Montana line or something similar? I would like to see Galileo able to be used for one. I assume our Montanas don't have the hardware to recieve Galileo or there would be an update by now.

There is the Montana 700 out now.

Wondering if that device follows the usual path of bugs and frustration or Garmin finally release a device worth buying from the start (or even with a delay).

I see it. Will buy it at some point. Virus cut into my income good. I would of loved to be a tester for it.

What's the lumpy bit on the top for?

Funny, but all the other Montanas didn't need it, so why now?

Marketing gimmick?

Mick.

Mick F, that 'lumpy bit' is the much loved and often requested superior Quad-Helix GNSS Antenna!

If you open the GPSrChive > Montana > Montana 7x0 page, you can find all this information and more!

There is also a dedicated Montana 7x0 discussion forum, which is were all questions and discussion about the Montana 7x0 should be directed.

This thread is now closed.
