Battery charging status

Hello today my Montana 700 unit was installed on a snowmobile with its powered mount and the battery icon turned blue with an exclamation mark. I would like to know the meaning please Thanks

When I first got mine I had an orange battery icon with exclamation point and thought, what the hell is that?! Looked here and found the answer. And learned tons more since then.

I immediately sent GPSrChive money.

I'm a little surprised. At an ambient temperature of around 30°C, the Montana never charged the battery in my AMPS mount. Accordingly, the icon was always orange. Not really impressive for an outdoor device.
