Mac or Windows app for editing / creating Oregon Profiles

I have been playing with profiles on the Oregon and had been using a text editor to adapt / change copy profiles.

just wondering if any one has come across a computer base GUI type editor to create the profiles to upload rather than doing it on the GPS
