Map position not centered with data fields enabled [Bug 5]

In the map page, when in “North Up” with “Small Data Fields” shown (or other data fields such as large, etc), the current GPS position isn’t centered correctly on the map.
The correct position for the current location should be adjusted slightly lower, to account for the data fields that are now covering part of the map screen. But the map position does not change at all when you enable data fields. This reduces the amount of area shown above the current GPS position.
Basically the map position is not adjusted to account for the data fields. This is not an issue in track up mode, because the gps position is in the lower part of the map, so with extra data fields on the top it still looks correct.
