Changing Course or Activity color has no effect [Bug 19, 20]

Another bug: when you change the color of a Course or a Recorded Activity, the change has no effect and the course/recorded activity will be displayed will the default cyan color.

Steps to reproduce:
- go to Saved Data app
- select a Course or Recorded Activity
- open the options menu (either press MENU key or tap the menu button)
- select Set Color
- select a different color than the default cyan
- the map preview displays the course/recorded activity not in the selected color but in the default cyan color.

This not only applies to the preview map showing the Course or Recorded Activity, but also to the Map app for Courses/Recorded Activities that have Show on Map enabled.

This has been fixed in 4.08, both for Courses and for Recorded Activities.
