TranslationJust to note: there is usually (but not always) an official Owner's Manual update that goes along with the corresponding firmware update. The updated Owner's Manual includes the addition of newly added apps & changes. If nothing significant was added, there is usually no Owner's Manual update.
For example (the previous v5.09 firmware updates for both units):
GPSMAP H1/H1i Plus Firmware: v5.09 November 19th, 2025
GPSMAP H1/H1i Plus Owner's Manual: Nov 2025 v3
eTrex Touch Firmware: v5.09 November 19th, 2025
eTrex Touch Owner's Manual: v2 Nov 2025
As of this writing (12/22/2025), the newest Owner's Manuals for both the GPSMAP H1/H1i Plus & the eTrex Touch 2 have not yet been updated to reflect the new v6.04 firmware updates.
