Oregon 7x0 - Satellite Reception

Hi,

I would like to know if the Oregon 7x0 has better satellite reception than the predecessor 6x0. Garmin tells that the Oregon 7x0 has a redesigned antenna. Do you, owners of the 7x0, confirm a better satellite reception? And I am not talking in open sky

While the Oregon 7x0 appears to be the same as an Oregon 6x0 on the surface, many improvements and updates were made under the skin, including a totally redesigned GNSS antenna, which, for as long as I can remember, has never been an issue for me.

Hopefully some more Oregon 7x0 users will provide additional input based on their experience.
