Troubleshooting
- Soft Reset
- Should the device stop responding, it may need to
be reset.
- Performing a Soft Reset
will not erase any user data or
settings.

Press and Hold the Power button until the device powers
off.
- Press-and-hold the Power
button until the device restarts.
- View Device Information
- View the device unit ID number, software
versions and other device
information.
- From the Main Menu, select
Settings >
About.
